For over two decades, 8331 has been our flagship product. Now, after much research and development activity, we are excited to announce 8331 will be replaced by an improved version, 8331D. 8331D offers improved productivity, curing at room temperature in only 5 hours instead of the 24, while offering twice the working time, 20 minutes instead of the old 10 minutes. As well, 8331D offers improved conductivity and flowability. It also provides higher safety, being free of SVHC’s and no Proposition 65 listed ingredients.
8331 is an electrically conductive, silver-filled two-part epoxy adhesive. It is smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates.
This conductive epoxy allows for quick cold-soldering repairs. It can also be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, or for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. It provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective in filling seams between metal plates.
8331 has been formulated to be economical. For a higher fill that maximizes conductivity, use 8330 or 8330D. For a longer working life, use 8331D or 8331S.
For a 1-part alternative use 9410 or 9400.

8481 is a premium, carbon-filled, silicone-free electrically conductive grease. It lubricates, reduces contact resistance, repels moisture, prevents static buildup, and is a powerful corrosion inhibitor. It is thermally stable and will not separate because of temperature cycling.
Use this silicone-free conductive grease when you want a grease that combines great conductivity with extreme environmental protection. Balancing conductivity and lubricity, 8481 is an ideal electrical switch contact grease that’s excellent for ground connections, rotating connections, rotary switches, variable capacitors, roller inductors, roller bearings, slip rings, slide connecters and potentiometers.

832HT is a general purpose, rigid, black, 2-part high temperature epoxy that provides extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies.
This product is designed for high temperature applications and is especially useful when extreme physical strength and chemical resistance are required. This copper conductive paint for plastic consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive silver-coated copper flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It is a ready-to-spray system, with no let down necessary. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PVC, nylon and polycarbonate.
Copper conductive paint is mostly used to provide a conductive coating for the interior of plastic enclosures to suppress EMI / RFI emissions. It excels when higher levels of shielding are required, giving near the performance of a silver filled coating at significant savings.
Our copper conductive paint is also offered in aerosol format. We also offer more economical nickel and carbon versions, a more conductive silver version, as well as a water-based version for use on wood or drywall, and an epoxy version for use on metal or glass or when extreme durability is required. Before applying this product to plastic, clean the surface with IPA.

4140 Flux Remover For PC Boards is a blend of ethyl alcohol, isopropanol and ethyl acetate packaged in a convenient aerosol can. It is an eco-friendly dry-cleaning solvent. It has a non-corrosive and non-conductive formulation with a moderate dry time.

A silver conductive pen that dispenses acrylic lacquer pigmented with highly conductive silver flakes. The cured traces are durable, corrosion resistant, and highly conductive. They adhere well to plastics and most electronics substrates. The valve tip opens when pressed against a surface, and the flow is controlled by squeezing the barrel. The product works best on a smooth, flat, hard surface, but the cured circuits are highly flexible.
This conductive pen can draw electrical circuits for prototyping, hobbies, or maker projects. It can also repair damaged circuits on keyboards, game controllers, remote controls, mixing boards, and PCBs. It can also make small connections in or between circuits, such as jumpers, through-holes, and bridges. 832WC is a rigid, 2-part, clear epoxy resin that offers extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies.
This product is designed for applications where high clarity is required. It does not yellow when exposed to UV light; it maintains clarity in applications with service temperatures of up to 65 °C (149 °F) and intermittent exposures of up to 100 °C (212 °F). It can be used for underwater applications such as swimming pool light potting compound. It is also a good choice for casting resin.
This casting epoxy also provides excellent electrical insulation and protects circuit boards and other electronic devices from static discharge, vibration, abrasion, thermal shock, environmental humidity, salt water, fungus, and many harsh chemicals.
This ultra-clear epoxy has a convenient 2:1 volume mix ratio, making it compatible with most dispensing equipment. 832WC can be cured at room temperature or higher.
